Akash & Mandy’s Hindi Wedding | Kendra Hall, Durban

Here’s a peek at Akash and Mandy’s wedding which was held at the ever popular Kendra Hall in April. There were so many stunning images to choose from which always proves problematic when ready for a blog post but managed to settle on these which tell their story best.Bodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography Durban, Rahista Gopal, Vashnie SinghBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography Durban, Rahista Gopal, Vashnie SinghBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography DurbanBodhi Vision Photography, Hindi Wedding Photography Durban

What is your most special memory from your wedding?
Every moment was truly incredible, it’s hard to choose. However what stood out for both Akash and I was watching the other walk down the aisle and the application of sindhoor (which is when it all sank in, it’s happening, finally!).

What was the hardest part of the planning process?
Mmmm where do I begin. The outfits for one, its the most important outfit you will ever wear. Trying to pick the perfect one was a bit daunting to say the least! Trying to find souvenirs, was a nightmare! But I think we ended up loving our end result. Looking back I miss the planning, the stress, fun and excitement.

Did you experience any unexpected turns during the wedding process and how did you handle it?
Mmmmm yes there were a few little ones… but we just had to go with the flow, and no-one knew but us 🙂

Any advice for brides-to-be?
Weddings are easy to plan. People make it difficult. You realise how amazing your family really is. Don’t despair your loved ones will always be there to lend a hand. Try not to stress and relax. Enjoy planning the wedding, it’s a once in lifetime experience. It takes many many months, even years and in a few hours, it’s all done. Always remember at the end of the day it’s you and your partners day and even though you would love to please everyone the two of you should be happy first. The compromise that everyone speaks of once you get married begins at the start of the planning of the wedding.

Looking back, is there anything you would have done differently?
Probably not, we had a fairytale wedding. All the hours planning finally paid off. No matter what wedding I had the most important thing was the one I married.
