I’m not certain if blogging is so 2011. What I am certain of is that I do enjoy it. It has been more than a minute since my last post here, but I have decided to do more of the things I enjoy doing. If you are new here, hello, I am Vashnie.
A few months back I met with Jacelle and Rajesh in the wee hours of a Saturday morning to capture as much golden light as we could possibly encapsulate them in for their engagement shoot. We had a sparkling time which was a lovely preamble to their wedding festivities that would take place a few months later.
Their wedding was intimate and special, focused purely on their commitment to each. Rajesh is quiet and unassuming. Jacelle is jovial with an infectious spirit. Which would explain why we got along so well. I did feel the pressure when Jacelle set her wedding date based on my availability. However, it was comforting to know that she trusted me as her photographer. A reason to enjoy what is referred to as work. I was so very delighted to be privy to their special celebration. That’s one of the perks of being a wedding photographer.
